

Overview
Vuria hill is located at Njawuli Sub location in Mwanda. Vuria hill is known to be the highest pick of the Coast province, it is said to be 2208m above sea level.The biggest cave/rock shelter in Taita used as ahiding place by Mwangeka and his fighters against the British soldiers is found in this hill.
Itinerary
Early Morning – Set off for the Vuria Hills as the cool mountain air welcomes the day.
Mid-Morning to Early Afternoon – Tackle the scenic trails of Vuria Hills with guided mountain climbing, breathtaking viewpoints, and dramatic landscape photography. Pause along the way for a well-earned picnic lunch in the wild, surrounded by sweeping views of Tsavo and distant horizons.
Early Afternoon – Descend and journey onward to Mwawonge Cultural Centre.
Mid-Afternoon – Dive into the heart of Taita heritage through storytelling, traditional demonstrations, and cultural photography at Mwawonge Cultural Centre.
Late Afternoon – Return journey, carrying memories of adventure and culture.
